I got a real job! This is crazy. I have health insurance and a 401k and all that! And you are a pantry chef now. We are growing up. And the money will be nice. We won't have to live in squalor anymore. Good for us! And we both got to quit jobs that we hate. I can't believe that in two weeks I won't have to see those damn kids anymore. And you will never have to go back to Chipotle again! GO US!
We recently celebrated Christmas which was nice. We had three Christmases in one day though. Not sure if I want to ever do that again. It was so much. But we got a lot of nice stuff from everyone. My mom even bought you presents. This was a big deal for us I think. We also got to celebrate New Years together for the first time. We spent our New Years with new friends and it was a lot of fun. Oh! Our best Christmas present was for sure the complete series of Friends. We also got the complete series of Boy Meets World. Basically we will have good tv forever.
The kitties are growing up. Gus threw up on our brand new comforter last night which was so rude. Ernie is getting big and strong. Dori has become an expert bird hunter.
The wedding is seven weeks away now which I can't even believe. Your mom is being a pain. My mom is being a pain. Everyone is a pain. I can't wait for this wedding to be over. I mean I think we will have fun at the actual wedding but all this build up is exhausting and I cannot wait for it to end. We are collecting lots of glass and books for decorations. Hopefully we will be able to decorate this wedding really well because I want everyone to love our wedding and think it's great. Bah. Two more months. We sent out all the invitations last week and I am so glad that is over. Now we just have to hope no more than 150 people RSVP.
Writing vows was so easy for me. I was worried that it would be hard. But for some reason it all just poured out of me. When it got down to it, I knew exactly why I loved you and was able to successfully articulate it into words. I'm not nervous at all to say them to you. I'm ready to share these things with all the important people in our lives.
Your birthday is in two weeks! This is exciting! I am gifting you sexy things for your birthday. You will see. They will be lots of fun!
I will end with a recent picture of us. We had my sister's baby shower this week and my aunt veronica wanted you in the picture too because you are her niece to be :) I thought that was really sweet of her to include you. She's so excited for the wedding!
